About this tool

The Current Time tool shows a live clock for the city you choose. The page renders the current time on the server first, then a small script keeps it ticking every second in your browser, so it works even before JavaScript loads.

Timezone-aware and DST-safe

Each city carries its IANA timezone (for example Asia/Kolkata or Asia/Dhaka). The clock formats the time against that timezone, so any Daylight Saving Time rules are applied automatically — there is no fixed-offset arithmetic to drift out of date.
