About this tool

The Prayer Time Finder shows the daily salah schedule for a selected city and date. It includes Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha, with the matching Hijri date when available.

How the timings are calculated

Prayer times are calculated from the city's latitude and longitude using the Aladhan prayer calendar. DevDarsha automatically selects a calculation method based on the city country, and uses Hanafi Asr for India and Bangladesh. This makes the page useful for everyday planning across Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Dhaka, and other supported cities.

Why local mosque times may differ

Official mosque timetables can add local safety margins or follow a specific regional convention. Fajr and Isha are especially sensitive to twilight-angle rules, while Asr can differ by school. Treat these results as a planning aid, and follow your local mosque for jamat and Ramadan announcements.
