DevDarsha is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevDarsha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, and total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the user to DevDarsha for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevDarsha, its proprietor, and its contributors from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or API, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
